Mango Salad Thai Dressing

Mango Salad Thia Dressing

Ingredients: Base Salad

  • Mixed Salad Green
  • Cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Ripe Mango
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • Mint Leaves

Ingredients: Thai Dressing

  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 1 tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce Also worth trying gluten free soy sauce!
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Total Sweet®
  • 1 tsp finely grated Ginger

A quick lunch with layers of flavour

Method:

1.  Whisk the ingredients for the dressing together in a small jug.

2.  Scatter the salad leaves on a large platter. Cut, slice and prepare your other ingredients.

3.  Top your salad with the remaining ingredients and mix well.

4.  Just before serving, drizzle your dressing over the salad. Toss well, making sure the salad and dressing is well mixed.

5.  Grab a fork, and dig in!
