Vega Acai Protein Bowl

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Total Sweet®

2 tsp of acai powder

1 ripe banana, chopped
-
Handful of raspberries, blueberries

100ml of water (or juice)

1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds

1tsp of granola
We believe at Total Sweet you should start of the day right with a filling but healthy option, that’s why this vegan acai bowl is the best companion for those early morning starts.
Method:
1. Put the acai powder, raspberries, blueberries (keep some behind), 1/2 the banana and 1 tbsp of Total Sweet into a blender with 100ml of water.
2. Blitz until mixture is smooth, then pour into a bowl.
3. Add the pumpkin seeds, granola, 1/2 the banana and the rest of the raspberries and blueberries on top of the acai.
4. Enjoy!
