Chocolate muffins with a seasonal twist

It's not just reducing sugar in food that is important to us and we always try and eat local and seasonal food, wherever we can.

So, when we were flicking through some magazines we've worked with over the last few years, this delicious chocolate muffin recipe from Healthy Food Guide caught our eye. Not only does it use xylitol instead of sugar, it also includes pumpkin, or butternut squash, as an ingredient - ideal for using up some of the autumnal veg in the Total Sweet garden.
