Apple & Pear Pancakes

We're loving these fruity pancakes, which are so simple to make.

We don't know how we've only just discovered that you can make pancakes without milk! Simply replace the milk, in a normal pancake recipe, with grated apple or pear (probably other fruits too) and you have the making of a delicious fruity version. A tasty and healthy way to start your day that will count as one of your five-a-day.

We added blueberries and fine xylitol (place your Total Sweet in a coffee grinder or equivalent) to ours, but they're tasty just on their own.
