Rhubarb and Custard

Our last rhubarb recipe was really popular, so we thought this would go down well too. We'll of course be replacing the caster sugar with Total Sweet Xylitol, to help reduce the sugar content. There there will still be quite a bit of sugar in the recipe (so not one for those carefully watching their sugar intake) from the bread, rhubarb, custard, orange etc, but, as they say, every little helps.
