We’ve worked with Fiona McDonald Joyce, one of the UK’s leading nutritional chefs, to create nine recipes which allow those on low sugar, low fat diets to enjoy all the flavour and sweetness of classic tea time treats and puddings without the guilt.
The recipes favour whole grains to help lessen impact on blood sugar levels as well as providing increased fibre and nutrients. They also feature fruit for natural flavour and Total Sweet xylitol, in place of sugar, for its various benefits whilst still providing the same sweetness.
As well as containing no added sugar, the recipes also follow general dietary guidelines for those living with diabetes*, so now you really ‘can have your cake and eat it!’
